Here's some information on another successful planning approval for Method Studio Architects.

Planning approval was approved for our client in Chelmsford.

• The planners were happy with the scheme in principle but required us to try and reduce the massing of the building

• Due to this, pre-applications meetings were arranged between us and the client to resolve the concerns.

• Following this a number of options were fed back to the planners.

• This resulted in the slight adjustment to the roof pitch by stepping the building in on the side and creating a double gable at the rear.

• This has been approved and we are moving forward with this fantastic project.
